How to delete your Yaari account

You can permanently delete your Yaari account from inside the app at any time. Here’s how, and what happens to your data and balances.

Delete your account in the app

  1. 1Open the Yaari app and go to your profile.
  2. 2Open Settings.
  3. 3Tap Log out.
  4. 4Tap Permanently Delete Account and confirm.

Before you delete

If you have Butterflies or other earnings, withdraw them first. You can’t delete your account while you have earnings left or a withdrawal is still being processed. Coins you bought can’t be refunded and are lost when the account is deleted.

What happens to your data

When you delete your account, your profile is removed from Yaari and other users can no longer find, message or call you. You can’t sign back in to a deleted account. We may keep some records for as long as the law requires, such as payment and withdrawal records.

Can’t open the app?

Email support@dandoraads.com from your registered email, or include the phone number on your account, with the subject “Delete my Yaari account”. We’ll confirm your identity and process the request.
